1. Is CCTUSA an accredited college?
We are a non-accredited college. Due to the separation of church and state, the U.S. Department of Education does not accredit religious institutions. Some Christian schools receive accreditation through private accreditation agencies most of whom are not recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
2. What does this mean about my degree?
We only offer earned degrees on the condition that the requirements are satisfied. Our degrees carry the same level of entitlement as a degree from any university. You can use the title that comes with our degrees on your resume, checks or any other document to identify your self as scholar.
3. What is Th.D?
Most doctoral degrees from secular universities are of the physical science nature, therefore Ph.D. However, our degrees are of a theological nature, therefore Th.D. A theological degree carries the same recognition as a physical science degree.
4. What can I do with my degree?
A lot of times, people with a call from God on their lives are not taken seriously in their local churches especially if they have a particular revelation. Our program empowers such individuals by allowing them to present their point proven theory to their church officials in an educated demeanor.
Our degrees are also great resume items for people who want to pursue work as prison chaplains or work in nursing homes and daycare centers.
Finally, our degrees are great supplements to people who want to take their secular careers to the level of ministry such as cosmetologist, chefs, message therapist and real-estate agents.
5. Do I have to be a Christian to get a degree?
No all faiths are welcome to complete our program. In fact, CCTUSA encourages people in other religions to defend their beliefs against the bible.
